What's the point of the app click and collect if you are just gonna wait in the line as if you are ordering a new one even if you end up getting there 10 mins past the pick up time? What's worse is serving a new customer even before starting to prep the one that's already been ordered and paid. Smh.
went in Wednesday afternoon, good food but overcharged for what I got DONT recommend this location, i asked for it toasted but instead I got burnt bread that was crunchy, the bloke that served me might've been new but seemed lost at his own job.
Ordered from here and they didn't have the cookie I ordered so they left a kind note and an extra cookie excellent service moat places would just give you a different cookie and say nothing the staff here are wonderful thankyou for not only fixing the mistake but taking accountability and being so lovely about it I'd give it 6 stars if I could <3
