Total scam and disrespect to customers. A huge brand like Subway can’t even provide basic vegetables like tomatoes and onions. If you can’t supply what you advertise, stop advertising it. Customers deserve better—fix your supply chain.
I visited this location on July 14, 2026, around 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The female staff member assisting me appeared disinterested and was quite unprofessional, which made for an unpleasant experience. I hope the management team can look into this, as a more welcoming and attentive attitude would make a significant difference.
Staff nya mcm mau tidak mau ja ... Layan customer owh. Tiada semangat betul bila layan customer. Smpai oder customer pun tidak dengar betul2 sudah .
Came before 11 PM closing time, but staff looked like they hated their job. Service was fast but attitude was 0/10. If you’re tired, at least don’t make customers feel guilty for coming on time. SPX Subway Alamesra needs attitude training. Thank You for your services .A smile doesn't cost anything.
