I visited Subway AEON Mall Cheras Selatan on 18 March 2026 and had a rather disappointing experience. Previously, I checked with one of the staff and was informed that the last order would be at 9:50pm. Based on that, I arrived at the store at exactly 9:50pm and even showed the time on my phone. However, I was told by a staff member that only takeaway was available, and they could only heat the bread using a microwave as the oven had already been turned off at 9:45pm. 態度不好👎距離還有四十分鐘才關門，點餐想坐下吃竟然不給坐說是要關門😒 食物質量有問題！吃了食物我的家人和我回家後肚痛拉肚子四次！

7 dec 2025, datang pkul 9.30am. sbb ingat nk makan situ. then tanya staff, diorang kata belum bukak then okay lah. duduk lah situ kejap sbb nak tggu lagi 30 min je lagi. tapi kena halau dgn staff. dia kata tak boleh dduk situ. padahal takde bawak makanan luar pun cuma dduk tunggu je. takde buat sepah meja pun. tapi kena halau. sorry to say, memang takkan dtg lagi dah.
