This was honestly the worst Subway experience I’ve had in Canada. The bread was hard, and the fillings were carelessly put together, falling out of the sandwich. Both the vegetables and meat portions were very stingy. On top of that, the staff seemed irritated and unfriendly, showing no customer service at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the interior looks nice, but the service was absolutely terrible.
I made an online order for three footlong subs the other day from this location. They were premium subs (steak, chicken breast, and ham and bacon), so they cost about $14 each. I picked up the subs and drove home. When we took the subs out of the package, they all felt very light (as compared to usual), so we opened them up, to find very little of anything in them (very little meat or vegetables). Canceled my order and still charged me for it. Woman on the phone refused to help or make my sandwiches. Won't be going back. Rating is deserved
Avoid online order scams; they don't answer calls.
Current rating already says a lot. If you want to have 4-5 thin chicken strips in a piece of bread for 9 bucks , i would definitely recommend this place. And they ensure to make your bad experience to worst by weighing those small chicken strips. Shame on you guys🤏🏻
