I feel your same pain Paula w/ regard to this particular Subway franchise. My husband and I also had two bad experiences w/ this location. Same problem, they were extremely stingy w/ the ingredients. The only reason we gave the a second chance is that we know the employee turn-over rate is very high in most fast food restaurants and thought wed have a better experience if we gave them a second chance. Suffice it to say we now make our subs at home where we can control portion sizes, ingredients and have only ourselves to bla... read more

I am an employee at Batavia Transmissions and on two ocasions this week I have chosen to dine at Subway. Well needless to say that this will be the last. I called my friendly subway to let them know how unhappy I was with the lack of contents on my sandwich. I ordered Cheese and did not get it also I did not get a handful of meat along with the almost handful of toppings requested.
