I get notifications from Subway often which is nice because it gives you offers for buy one get one free or buy a ft long & get a free nacho and I talked with friends and we were going to order and the app said I didn't have enough points to get any of the offers they sent so the order was full price with no discount. I called & they said they have had problems with that on the app so basically Subway gets you to go the app thinking you get a deal and they charge you full price. Well I'm upset they don't carry regular ranch dressing for customers that don't eat pepper. They only carry peppercorn ranch . Aside from that, the girl that made my sandwichs didn't care if she grabbed fresh tomatoes or the older ones plus I had 3 sandwiches the same except 1 had no onions. So when she wrapped them she failed to mark which one had no onions so I had to unwrap them all. So not the best review.
Came in at 4pm today (3/18) to pickup my two foot longs. Cashier was very unhappy and he made me feel uncomfortable for asking about grabbing my drinks. I asked for one sandwich with extra jalapenos and extra onions which was an extra charge and another with jalapenos as well. the guy who made my sandwiches only gave me 3 jalapenos in one sandwich and NONE in the other. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
