Franchise owner is SCAMMING customers! Do NOT go here! Staff ask customers what would they like on their sandwich then charges $1 after-the-fact if you add ingredients not listed in the menu description. Tell your staff to NOT to ask customers what they would like to add to their sandwich but advise them they only get what's on the description -- anything else is an extra dollar.
I would like to say that the young man working on August 10th around 5-530 is a dang rockstar. He was working by himself incredibly busy and the whole time courteous and kept a smile on his face. He greeted every customer that came in the door and kept his composure, and had the sandwiches done quickly like a pro! I’ve worked at subway for a long time and I’ve never ever had such a horrible customer service experience the lady working tonight was anything but welcoming if anything I felt like I was in the wrong for being there in the first place she got irritated when I asked for extra onions which made me feel even worse. I purchased a sub over the app which didnt have an option for the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread as an option so I went with thr regular white bread. Then immediately after ordering the sub on the app, I walked inside and saw that they did indeed have Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. I asked the girl working (who had not started on my order yet) if they could use the other bread. She looked over her shoulder at the more senior girl who told her not to do it. I asked why?
