Came here with work colleagues on lunch; one of my colleagues has dietary restrictions and asked the sandwich bar staff member was agressive and appeared so angry not just with her but everyone he interacted with.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but I was served bacon instead. This is not just a simple mistake—for me, because of my religious beliefs, eating bacon is strictly forbidden. The lack of care and attention shown by the staff is shocking. Customers should be able to trust that their orders are prepared correctly, especially when religious and dietary requirements are involved. I tried first time the sandwich of subway at woodgreen high road , the staff member name Tanveer and one other guy both are very polite and helpful.This was my best experience in subway.

They were late to give my order and when I pointed this out, the lady had an extremely arrogant attitude and the other guys were staring me down and speaking to each other loudly in another language while hinting at me I’m when I asked her why did she not prepare the order for collection? She said her machine doesn’t work sometimes which just seems too convenient to be true.

Poor service. They do not let you take advantage of subways offers. It’s quite greedy really
