I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, but for some reason, this one won’t grill their sandwiches, even when specifically requested. I understand wanting to follow the SOPs provided by the franchisor, but when you position yourself as a local neighborhood restaurant, I think there should be at least some willingness to accommodate a reasonable customer request, especially something as simple as grilling a sandwich. Girl who served us seemed annoyed from the beginning, and when I asked questions about the specials she rolled her eyes. Way too much sauce was put on, and not very generous with the vegetable toppings. My son could not eat his sub, he said it tasted like all sauce. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Will go to a different location next time.

We bought a pizza sub for my daughter for brunch. She ate it and puked an hour later. She mentioned that the meat didn't taste right this time. I called the store to let them know so they could throw out the meat so no one else gets sick. I didn't ask for a refund nor did I get angry. I simply told them we just ate a sub there and we believe the meat has gone bad as it was the only thing my daughter ate today and she puked. They got defensive and said that the meat was fine.
