Arrived at 8:30 PM, but the staff said the store was already closed even though the advertised closing time is 9:00 PM. When I mentioned the posted operating hours, the response was unprofessional. If the store stops serving customers before 9:00 PM, please update the operating hours or clearly state the last order time. Very disappointing.
The staff were polite and served us what we wanted.
Just ordered a sandwich and the staff told me we weren’t allowed to add on a scoop of seafood when there’s clearly a sign that says rm2+ to add on. I use to work at subway and i have never rejected a customer’s request. We’re not here to claim for free, we pay for the items. Pls do better. The staffs are also not friendly and did not explain properly as why I am not allowed to add on the scoops. Baddest service. Hope the manager can train the staff better.
Just moved to JB. I was looking for a subway because the city square one Is closed. Came by this. But the portion is so small compared to the usual subways. The staff literally gave me vegs piece by piece. If I knew it was like this, I would have went to the coffee shop nearby. Probably the worst subway I've been to. The amount of chicken I got for my sandwich is literally 1/3 of what I would have gotten in city square or even Singapore.
