Tutup pukul 9:30, datang pukul 9:20 staff claim “sudah tutup” ,i understand its near closing time but is it “closing time”? Im pretty sure not :/ and i have experienced this twice from the same shop.
masa 10.05minit pagi tarikh 18/8/26 boleh dh kot tukar staff .. staff pemalas layan customer.. dtg dah 5 min lepas pukul 10pagi tapi masih tknak layan customer.. duk bagi alasan sibuk prep brg lg.. lah ko msuk lh awal lgi dh thu nk prep dlu brg.. pkul 10 tu patutnya dh boleh transaction urusniaga tpi sbb staff lembap dan pemalas camni lh,rugi company..
Several times already I have purchased bread here but always burned it. My son doesn't want to eat it due to the bread becoming hard & bitter. Got time how long must put it in the oven? If the oven is easily hot, then reduce the temperature. We pay for it, it is not free, so staff, please handle our food nicely.
