Ya know, I can get past unfriendly or low energy employees or the fact that the turkey tastes like a fridge, what I can't get past is the employees not washing their hands before coming out to make my order and now the oven isn't working and I'm getting the attitude to ask for my sub to be warmed all the way? At 30$ for two footlongs😒

Ordered veggie patties sandwich and recieved veggie delight without any information even when I am taking the order, When came back they simply said they dont have veggie patties anymore App clearly showed veggie patty, and I was also not informed anything about a change in my order while picking it up, when asked for refund just took the sandwich back from and asked to comeback tomorrow when the manager is available as if I am at fault

For the owner or manager you need to know who you’re hiring in this location I don’t know who was it, but I walked in today 8/6 7:00pm, so you figure out who was working there he came from the back and yelling be like oh God again I don’t know what to do. Clean or serve people and given attitude. I barely walked in. Didn’t even say hi yet and from looking at everything there all the food, it looks old and been in the fridge for a while

Worst Subway I have ever been to. There were two women working there, and one of them was incredibly rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. As soon as we arrived and started ordering, my kids went to wash their hands, and one of them wanted to use the restroom. The rude employee yelled at them, saying the men’s restroom was broken.
