Really good employees
A delicious hero (sub) shop!!
Employees are not very interested in providing quick service
The service at this location is terrible. I had good service the first time I went and haven't since. Don't bother ordering ahead because they don't pay attention to the notes (ex: wrong toppings or more/less of a topping) and the sandwich will be swimming in sauce. I've given this store a lot of chances, and at this point I'd rather drive further to the one on Oracle or Campbell. Edit: photo from today, highlighting even the easiest of request.
