Made 2 foot long sandwiches for me and my wife and a 6 pack of cookies, they made both sandwiches wrong and didn't get my cookies. Terrible service for online orders!
I pulled up to Subway tonight to order 2 footlongs. As soon as the window opened the employee looked at me and said “Yeah?” Not a “Hey welcome to Subway can I take your order?” As I told him my order he sighed and mumbled inder his breath and obviously seemed frustrated. After waiting for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru (I was the only car in the drive thru), I got home and the sandwiches barely had any meat or vegetables on it. I will not be returning to this Subway ever again.
The young guy was not so friendly he made my sandwich and got to the veggies I asked for extra olives on sandwiche he said they have a limit on how much veggies they could put on each .Was kinda rude about it when I asked when did they start counting how much veggies u could get .he said it's new I can't believe it .
Last night, November 6th at 6:15 p.m., my husband and I picked up four sandwiches that we ordered through the app, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Subway. First, none of the sandwiches were labeled, so we had to open each one to figure out which belonged to whom.
