This Saturday was an unpleasant experience. The girl running the place was rude to an elderly lady that sat down while using the app. Told her she couldn't be in there. The lady explained what she was doing. She then begins to make our sandwiches. She put my veggies on my sons sandwich. I began to warn her that she got the sandwiches mixed up. Ya'll should do something about that Black Pepper you got. It has left a bad after taste in our mouths. We just got 2 sandwiches there today. 1 1/2 hrs later we still have the bad after taste

The worker counting money and get stuff set up not even welcome to subway or greet the guest. I wait 10 min before they take my order
