Absolutely deplorable experience at this Subway. Husband went in and got two subs. Came back home and found a long dark hair right in the middle of his sub mixed into the ingredients. When called to tell them they argued first and asked me "How" and then continuing to argue, they said I could bring the half eaten sub back and they'd make it again. But at that point our appetites were lost and the attitude on the phone made none of us want to give any of our business back to them.
I gave this location a fair chance, but unfortunately it didn't leave a positive impression. Two or three visits, over the span of a few months. The biggest issue for me was the bread. Subway bread is normally light, soft, and airy. The bread I received was noticeably dense, flat, and heavy by comparison. It felt like something had gone wrong during preparation because it simply didn't have the texture I've come to expect from Subway.
