The sub was great, the customer service is terrible. There is a coupon on the app that gives you a free cookie with any sub, I didn't know you had to redeem it with the order (which I did make online) so I asked them about it, they told me I had to order an entire new sub and put it on the order first. I just said to them "listen yes my mistake, but couldn't you just give me a cookie ?" Like it's a $.50 cookie you could have just comped it but had to insist I buy another sub just to get the cookie for free, even though it cl... read more
