The lettuce for the last few weeks has been rotten and the owner is refusing to replace it. I see i am not the only one complaining about it. Ive been given yellow, white, brown and orange lettuce. LETTUCE IS GREEN 🤮 Im tired of food quality being absolutely disgusting. The owner owns all the subways in petawawa and pembroke so we just cant get subway at this point. I hope Subway CORPORATE looks into this
Refused to honor mail coupons, said it had already been redeemed. Worthless liar.
Very bad experience at Subway Petawawa (Store #3482). There were two employees (one girl and one boy) making sandwiches, and the employee working at the cash counter named Fem. I politely requested the sandwich makers to change gloves and use a clean knife before preparing my food. Instead of following basic hygiene standards, the two employees laughed at me, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Truly a bad man. Disgraceful Don’t recommend saw a mouse in the bathroom. Told staff they said they can’t do anything about it. Will be posting to social media aswell to inform others
