Don't bother with online ordering. We ordered 3 subs which the app showed were ready for pickup. When we arrived, they had not even started to make the order. It took another 20 minutes beyond pickup time before we got them. To the employees credit, she was working all by herself and I could see other mobile orders coming in. Either remove online ordering or hiring more staff is needed.
Would give less than a star if I could. Just payed money to not even get my order OR a refund due to " system issues " with their online ordering. I presented the order receipt as well as showed the money removed from my account and was told there was nothing they could do - didn't even offer to make the food. Never been so disgusted with customer service in my life and I will never be back. Save your money and try something else.
This Subway restaurant is a good location for quick bite to eat. Clean and not busy, so the service was quick. Food is typical for Subway.
Extremely disappointed!
