Don't bother with online ordering. We ordered 3 subs which the app showed were ready for pickup. When we arrived, they had not even started to make the order. It took another 20 minutes beyond pickup time before we got them. As other reviewers have mentioned this location is very cheapskate with their toppings. I had a veggie delite sub, and asked for extra veggies. My sub was so bare you could see the bread. Felt ripped off and time wasted. Won't be back.
I visited Subway in Kincardine, Ontario today with my colleagues. As a vegetarian, I politely requested the staff to change their gloves before preparing my order. Unfortunately, the person making my food refused, and when I asked the manager, they told us that there is no policy to change gloves for vegetarians and that it’s “not their business.” This was very disappointing and disrespectful. The Subway here in Kincardine is truly a gem! The customer service is always top-notch — the staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. They go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect every time. The food is always fresh and delicious, with crisp veggies, warm bread, and sandwiches made with real care. Minimal toppings is true! I enjoy Subway but not this location. The few times this year I did order from the Kincardine location is consistent. Thin on the sliced meat and minimal veg. The last I will order here was today. A sliced ham sub was ordered for pick up. Yet again, barely a single layer of ham and thin toppings. The dominant taste of the sub was the bun. Go elsewhere...
