Not exaggerating when I say the soda machine has been broken for YEARS... How can you not be bothered to fix it for YEARS? 0 stars. And employees here need to learn how to smile and what customer service is. They tend to forget we are in Canada and not India.

Excellent service of a young nice lady, my husband and i were very pleased. It was 2am in the morning and we were really friendly greeted and the food was very good made. Very hygienic place. The lady does her job very well! We will definitely come back again!

10:15 pm I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of greeting customers or being helpful, they acted irritated and dismissive. Basic customer service and respect were completely missing. I’ve always liked Subway, but this visit really changed my opinion. I hope the management addresses the staff’s attitude and improves the service quality.

One of the worst service we had at this location. We politely asked to grill the sandwich and the staff rudely said we don’t do that here, manager’s order. I asked for manager’s number and one of the staff members gave us the number and said she didn’t care even if we called the manager. I was just passing by and I will probably never come here again, but hopefully Subway looks into this and it will be rectified.
