AUTO TIPPING??? Went the other day in person hoping for a better experience than ordering on app and they now don’t allow you to pay without a tip?!?! If I want to pay a tip I happily do and please allow me to choose how much. But can subway please explain this? This place has gone downhill for a long time. I have NEVER had such crappy service at this location before. The staff was ignorant and laughed when I said that I was not happy with the service. The one salad has barely anything in it and the price is absolutely outrageous. This used to be my go-to Subway in Stratford, but I won’t be back if this is what that location thinks is acceptable for customer service.
This is a great sub shop. We go their offen.
Brought my daughter here on our way home… the two girls working tonight 7:30.. were extremely rude. I asked for a 6inch blt for my daughter, but unfortunately didn’t hear me correctly.. I corrected her and she took the meat off the whole sub, slapped it in the bin and on the counter and proceeded to put the other half of the bun that touched the meat back in the bread storage…. There was a lot of cross contamination see while making the food and won’t be returning to this location due to these worries…
