Great service, food is always fresh, and the store is clean and inviting!
I visited this location today and had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I politely asked if the knife used for meat was washed before preparing my order, as I do not eat meat. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with a rude reply. Additionally, I was asked to pay before my sub was even prepared, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope the management can address staff training to ensure better customer service and respectful communication in the future.
The guys all have a beard...and no netting and speaking right on top of the subs so now I've got a sub with your spit on it. Great job guys.
