Great service . Sandwich made to perfection
Just picked up my sub sandwich. I have been a customer at this location for over 15 years. When I requested more onions and hot peppers the server said it will be extra. Said it was policy. Never was denied for more veggies before. Ridiculous and outrageous. Lots of other locations. They lost a customer in good standing.
I never eat at Subway. I mean it's been 20 years probably, but I came into this location today because I had to kill some time before an Appt. I was there first thing when they opened. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, welcoming and sweet. I ordered my sandwich, she made it beautifully. Its a cute little store in a not so obvious location and I would gladly go back again.
It is clean and food seems to be fresh. The problem is that I used an offer online and went to the store to pick up my order. On the app there was no way to personalize the order; Therefore, I assumed it was not a big deal to ask a different type of bread and cheese for my subs. The person preparing the order was so mad that she was literally tossing the extra pieces of cheese not used to prepare my food.
