Been "renovated" for a month and still no coffee. Hilarious wait times for services.
Today 28DEC , I come to this subway twice, afternoon and overnight, No lettuce No black olives No Tomato and No cucumber??? And no BBQ sauce And no Garlic aiolo , only mayo , They don't have vegetables, that's so bad , it's not McDonald's!!!!!! Another important thing , the customer service is bad!
I came to pick up an order for DoorDash delivery, but the address was listed as a different location. I called to confirm the address. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready. I wanted to use the restroom until the order was ready, but they said it was only for Subway customers. I told them I was taking orders from Subway customers, and they said I didn't care. They said they could use it, but you couldn't. Having such disrespectful employees working at Subway, one of Canada's most popular businesses, is tarnishing its image.... read more
Went through the drive-thru and the girl inside went above and beyond for me. I was having a really bad night and I asked for my sub and a fountain drink. She complimented my sandwhich choices and then told me that they only did bottle for drive-thru so I said that’s okay, we’ll skip it. When I got to the window, the girl had went out of the kitchen and into the lobby to grab me a fountain Pepsi and then served me with a smile.
