I went in after going to Kimball and them being out of most things. Lacie took care of me and was absolutely the sweetest soul I have EVER encountered working fast food. And I can honestly say that was the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Lacie went above and beyond to meet our needs and sincerely apologized for any minor inconveniences. Very easy to get along with and a wonderful person all around.
Lacey was SO awesome! We came in tonight because kimball subway was out of lots of stuff and Lacey greeted us so kindly and chatted with us and was so very great! She made our sandwiches PERFECT, if you go to this subway just hope Lacey makes your sandwich cause she’s the sweetest worker I’ve ever met from this subway and that sandwich was amazing!!!
The old lady that works there is beyond rude. I will never spend a dollar at this store again
I was very disappointed today at subway. The lady was rude and I felt bad just ordering. So I only got sandwiches and not a combo. I get some days are bad and when you’re by yourself it’s a lot, but workers shouldn’t make customers feel bad for ordering lunch. The sighing and side comments were not it. Also, the bread was stale and hard. Not what I typically expect from a subway.
