I work the night shift and tend to come in near closing time. There is an absolute gem of a guy worker there (I did not get the chance to ask for his name but he is amazing)! He goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure the order is correct and labels each well made sub! He works quickly while doing a great job and making sure you don't feel rushed or like an annoying last minute customer. Overall I come back for that level of excellent customer service. I haven't been to a subway in years. Ducked in for a wrap today. Service was lousy, didn't understand a thing the server was saying, very light on items in my wrap, didn't even ask if I wanted sauce, when I asked for bacon I was given 1 see thru slice. The wrap tasted terrible and the "eating area" was disgusting. Never again subway ... never.

I went there just today for a veggie sub and practically paid $9 for bread and cheese. Only wanted 5 toppings for my sub and the amount of veggies were so less. I asked to get more onions but can't do for every single topping. The staff needs to realize that when someone orders a Veggie sub, it has nothing but veggies. You can't use the same amount of veggies for meat and veggie sub. Makes me wanna avoid the store. It wasn't always like this though. I hope this gets better.
