The meatballs were undercooked - partially red meat in the middle. I am pregnant so this is especially unacceptable. The server didn’t even apologise or indicate any concern. Didn’t communicate that the meatballs would be thrown out - just made excuses that they don’t cook the meat in store. I hope no one gets food poisoning. Unbelievable.
October 2025 When I walked in, first thing I noticed was that it very hot inside for a cool October day. Second thing I noticed was that all the food bins had covers and a list of toppings was handwritten and taped to the sneeze guard, neither of which is normal. The woman working there was working super hard and busting her butt. There was another employee on break. She was pumping out sandwiches, the tables were dirty which was not my favourite. End of day, it’s a subway… with a coupon 2 sandwiches and 1 drink is $26 dollars. It’s getting to the point where I’m just not going to go to these places.
I wish i could rate it lower than 1 star. They didn't even toast the subway and didn't put in the sauces that were told. Moreover the chicken was dry and under cooked. DONOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
