Manvir was very helpful and polite, planned a trip from Calgary to Vancouver via road. stopped there for lunch. We were so happy with the amazing costumer service that Manvir had provided.
Poor manners and worse customer service. I ordered via mobile and when I arrived, as per many other reviews, the two staff behind the counter talked at length about who was working when, rather than acknowledge me. I saw my order slip on the counter by the till but no one appeared to be working on it. When a third staff presented I approached the counter and advised I was there to pick up my mobile order. The girls behind the counter were talking to each other and did not greet us. We ordered two subs and a soup, but I had to remind the girl serving us that we had ordered soup. The subs tasted like normal, decent subs but the soup was a little weird tasting. The restaurant itself was clean.
Unhappy with customer service by Harleen, denied to grill the sandwich. Unhappy with the behaviour.
