Where to start with my review.... I ordered 2 footlong subs on my Subway App. I did this to help reduce the cost since Your company was offering a promotion. I placed the order and was given a time to pick up my order in approx 10 or 15 minutes. I go to pick up the order and was told that the order was CANCELED. The reason is they did not have what I ordered. I didn't receive a phone call, email or text message. I asked if it could still get my promotions that I had if I reordered in the restaurant. I just ordered two foot longs through the app. We had paid for 50% extra meat and the meat was very skimpy. My wife's sandwich was the subway club and it had one slice of roast beef on each side. The regular sandwich should have 2 on each side. How do you order 50% more meat and get one slice of beef.I called and they told me the only thing they could do is remake it. Wouldn’t even give one star if didn’t have to. Smh I ordered through door dash as I don’t have a car if I did I’d bring this back! Spent 20 for one foot long with tip and delivery asked for extra Mayo and banana peppers and there is barely any on it. Barley any toppings! I did look at reviews first and thought I’d give them a chance but after this nope NEVER again DONT TAKE THE CHANCE!!!! I be ordering EVER AGAIN
