I went to this location on my lunch break to find the drive thru was open but the machine was not working. Pushed the button on the kiosk because that is what the sign said to do only to get yelled at to pull to the windows. Mind you the first time they spoke to me through the drive thru it was just static. When I got to the windows the lady was extremely rude and threw the card reader at me. I wish everyone would stop going to this location so it can maybe get new ownership. Every employee I’ve encountered is incredibly rude. I keep giving it a chance because we don’t have any sandwich spots, but I have finally given up. If you don’t go inside to order, it seems like they purposely build your sandwich wrong for fun. I’ve ordered on the app and at the drive thru and all have been wrong. Example: if you ask for extra lettuce, they put a sprinkle or zero lettuce. The staff at this location are rude every single time I go in, the food is decent, but not worth what Subway charges. Especially when the customer service is so poor. They went off on my mother because she simply asked if she could use a coupon. My mother is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet so this made me beyond upset!
