Instead of being understanding or respectful, Lilly was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She made snide comments under her breath about my son, which is absolutely unacceptable. Had surgery and not allowed to drive for a few days. Ordered and it is .8 miles from my house. After an hour and 15 mins, I called and politely checked status. The woman started talking about cookies and I explained I had no cookies - just a 6 inch and a bag of Doritos. She said the DoorDash guy was there and she was giving it to him.
