The timing says open until 10pm, we reached at 9:30 but the staff was really rude and said they are closed and cannot serve

I had a terrible experience at this location due to extremely rude and dishonest customer service. At checkout, the cashier falsely claimed that the store doesn’t accept discounts and that the Subway app scanner wasn't working. However, I noticed she deliberately kept the scanner off, especially since the customer right in front of me had just used it successfully. We went to Subway to get some food, and I had around 6,000 Subway Rewards points available to use. However, the worker refused to let me use my points. I regularly use Subway points, so I know how the rewards system works. The employee seemed to have absolutely no knowledge of how the points work or how to redeem them. I even asked him to add onion, but he told me it would cost an extra $1. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Looks like there’s just one guy handling the gas station and the subway. The timings both online and at the store clearly said the store opens around 8am but when we walked in the guy refused to service and said subway opens at 10am. Service was slow and poor! Very unreliable. Wouldn’t recommend!
