It’s too bad it had to be this way but it is … TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE!! Made my sandwich and when I went to pay they said that the money didn’t go through when clearly it shows on my bank statement it did - they then took my sandwich and would not give it to me because “I didn’t pay”! I will be going higher up the food chain about this behaviour - Subway Bonnyville has stole $16.90 from me. I paid for a meal and they did not give me what I paid for. Raman and Amvit are so friendly, kind and great at their jobs!
I was really disappointed with the sub I received during my recent visit. The employee name nav preparing it seemed rushed and she was super rude and unprofessional and didn’t pay attention to what I asked for. Ingredients were sloppily placed, portions were uneven, and some of the toppings I requested were completely left out
