Id give it a zero but that's not an option just went in a few mins ago to get my family something to eat and the woman behind the counter attitude was absolute trash and as soon as we walked in we were asked what are we getting with an attitude from close to the back room yet we just walked in and didn't even have a chance to see what we wanted. Food was cold, didn't have extra cheese (which was 2.50 extra or extra sauce and wrong chips. Lessen learned won't order for pick up again
I placed an order for mobile pick up using a promo code for $6.99 sub and it was canceled and yet I was still charged when I got here. I told the customer service person what was going on and he refused to help me so then he called his little owner or whatever, and they refused to make my food and told me I have to send an email to customer service since I used the app. Well, it shouldn’t be put off of somebody else because you are a participating location with the app this place does not believe in customer service and ther... read more
