Manager is unwilling to bring a sandwich to delivery window. Sandwich was not toasted COVERED in honey mustard inside and out. Also missing chips and drink. Overall 1/10 experience.
This is sadly a review for corporate and management. I ordered online with a promo code, and it was a disaster. The order didn't come through to the store. They needed to recharge me in store. They couldn't use the promo or give me a discount to make it match. The girls were courteous and all. Just extremely disappointed by the corporate experience. I won't be back.
The two girls “working” last night made me and my friend daughter wait about a hour for one foot long and one 6 in and a salad I ordered through door dash when I called up there to ask what happened the girl first said my door dasher wasn’t there then I said don’t blame it on my dasher she has let me know that y’all are standing around doing jack shit they didn’t put avocado that I paid for on the 6in and it was only suppose to have pepperoni on it and when we got our order our sandwiches were opened and cold they can’t ever... read more
