Staff very unhelpful and rude. Couldn’t or wouldn’t cancel an order because they did not know how. Said to cancel on app and Subway says to contact the store. The last time my sandwich was bad, but I gave them a second try because my first experience was good. Never again.

No sense of urgency I had already been waiting 10 minutes til someone came to me at drive thru window just to tell me I can wait if I want cause there’s people ahead when I asked how much longer all I got was an I don’t know …. Subways do not take this long to make ….man
Acabo de comprar un Mini -Ham sub, lo pedí con queso y jamón, también tostado, era demasiado chico, el tamaño no es el que debía, un tirita de queso que apenas pude agarrar el gusto, el pan parecía del día anterior, además como estrujado y no lo tostaron como lo pedí, tampoco pusieron servilletas, no entiendo este turno del día 8 de Octubre, miércoles a las 6;05pm, un servicio pésimo. Sin embargo ya había ido otras veces y no era asi, pero esta vez me sentí muy mal.🫢
