most of the people working here have connections to the management so they don't take their job seriously. don't recommend. has gone WAY down hill since they got new managers.
Customer service was horrible 01/05/2026, at 1:45. Had a sandwich that was simple meat and cheese only and customer service was awful
Ordered online 12/24/2025. Ran out of bread so they still charged me and still haven't received a refund yet. Do Better Subway!
I had a small issue, notified Mr.Jacob the owner and he immediately went above and beyond to make up for it, &more! The service and food are great!
I haven’t had a good experience with the service at this location. The food is gross. The service has been terrible also. We drive all the way to Jay Subway. They are always so polite and respectful. The food is so much better.
