So I ordered Subway in Bridgeport Nebraska on my mobile app. I had to go to Google and Google Subway® because of course the Subway® app does not work. I placed a mobile order at the subway, I paid for it, actually twice and was advised that the order would be ready at 1820 hours. I use to work for Angela Clinger. She was a HORRIBLE boss. She is currently hiring posted on Zip Recruiter 11 bucks an hour. Nebraskas minimum wage is 13.50. Glad to see she hasn’t changed🤣
Absolutely the worst customer service. I had accidentally put a order in for this store which is 1.5hrs from me. I called and apologized for the mix up and asked if we could possibly cancel the order. I got nothing but a nasty attitude that she has to waste food. I understand that's not what any company wants. But accidents happen. We are all only human. I told her I wasn't able to drive 1.5 hrs to pick up $30 in subway.
