UPDATE: Just so everyone who reads this knows - Subway's response is completely unhelpful and I am pretty sure they know it. They just want everyone who reads this to think they tried to rectify the situation. Instead, they're directing me straight to the Chatbot I referenced in my original review that can't actually resolve my issue at all. I had the absolute WORST customer service experience at this store, and I would eat glass before eating a Subway again. I placed a mobile order through the Subway app. My order was processed and my card was charged. I showed up at the store - no food. I went to the cashier, and Melissa (who later claimed to be the manager), asked the other employee on-duty Jess if she had seen my order. Jess said the printer was out of paper, so "who knows." Jess and Melissa worked great as a team. Wonderful experience
Stopped there yesterday. We had 8 people in our group. There was an amazing lady behind the counter. This lady was warm and welcoming and super friendly. She didn't rush with us. Probably the best service I ever had.
Jess was awesome!
