Went to the establishment, that closes at 10, according to the door and online, went in the door to find the employee sleeping on the couch who stumbled awake to then inform me they close at 9. Well, the door was open and the window says 10 as well as online. She restates they close at 9 the window and internet are wrong. Few things. If you’re closed why are all the lights on? BEWARE! The hours listed open are a lie and they will still take online orders when they are closed. BEWARE!! Extremely hard to get refund!
Don’t waste your time here. Ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, I was told they don’t have two of the three things I ordered. One was “discontinued” (pretzel) but on the subway website and the other they just didn’t have (white chocolate nut cookie). They offered to replace a pretzel and cookie with chips, no thanks. I asked for a refund but of course they couldn’t give me one because they don’t have keys to the register and the manager wasn’t there.
