Just met the rudest manager ever. He was treating his employee like a slave and blaming everything on him while in front of customers. I merely say I'm here to pick up an online order so his employee is like okay let me get on that and starts making it. Some lady decided to leave because she didn't want to wait and he starts blaming the employee and myself! Customer service is 10/10 There is no dirty spot in here. Very Clean This is the best subway I have ever gone.
staff are pretty nice, but it seems they are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING. things take forever to be made as well. something needs to change, especially in a location that gets so much traffic from college students!
If I was able to give zero stars, I would the customer service was horrendous waiting almost 45 minutes for half a sandwich and I never got to place my order by the way and there was two customers in front of me making three foot-long‘s each and the older Hispanic gentleman has the audacity to look at me and point at me saying “you’re gonna have to wait one second” if you want to be degraded as a human being and waste your time this is the spot to go
This was an online order a veggie sub ... where is the veggie? Do you not even read the online orders?
