I ordered 2 footlong veggie delite subways, the food quality was poor, added spinach even though I requested none and wanted more ranch, they put less. The bread also tasted stale. I called the restaurant to let them know my concern and said I can bring it back for replacement right now but she said the manager will call me. I gave my cell number and waited the whole day but did not get a call. ordered around 7:50 pm for pickup at 8:15 pm. when i arrived, the store was dark, open sign was off, and one employee was standing at the door waving my sub at me. he said they closed at 8. the door, google, and the subway app all say 9. it let me place my order up until 8:45, but the last employee already left at 8:15 when i got my order. not sure if this is a common occurrence or if they just closed early one day, but they should at least turn their ordering system off if they're going to be closing. and to top it off, my ... read more
