Took a break for a while from here and decided to order lunch today. Ordered 1 Black Forest ham wrap with spinach, onion, pickles and ect 1 chicken onion teriyaki wrap same scenario and asked for it to be warmed … get there to pick up and girl was rude and said we don’t have any spinach for the sandwich, I said that was fine ! Get back to office and omg it was on flatbread and not warmed up no cheese on one and it’s horrible Don’t have time to bring anything back but need to do better . $18 for this
Customer service was terrible. Employees were a group of kids playing & joking with younger customers and not attentive.Flys were in the restaurant and it was hot as if the ac unit was broken.
Hours say open until 10 but the two employees said they were closed. It wasn’t even 8:30. Pretty disappointing.
Go to any other subway please if you are in Macon Mississippi do not stop here. The service is horrible. A bunch of young children working there you will not be happy. I came there at 8:15pm and the young girl told me that you were they close they don’t close until 9:00pm don’t waste your time
Stopped in for a tuna on wheat, ended up leaving with a chicken salad on wheat. Excellent choice. Fast friendly service. A must stop when in the area.
