The young lady is extremely rude. I wasn’t greeted when I went in. I was skipped over, and never asked for an order at all. Very poor environment. Go to another location you can still get your meal with much better employee attitudes and environment. Don’t spend your money on this franchise.
Food was good and the 2 employees were nice. I've had issues, more than once, with the app when I've tried to order online. The manager on duty, which was not there, said they couldn't accommodate me with the BOGO for a dollar which was on the app. I will not go back. Customer service is non existent at this location. Do not recommend this location.
The sub sandwich was delicious. The only thing bad was that there was only one person working and it was crowded which made our wait to long It should at least be two people working at all times.
Just picked up an online order for my wife. Returned home, and there was literal feces on the bread of the sandwich. Called the store and the manager was incredibly rude, and hung up before eventually calling me back. Would not recommend eating here.
line took FOREVER got there at 3:50 didn’t get my food done and gave to me till 4:20 the 2 workers were arguing and 1 left. it was only one person doing food and he had a attitude and was slow. I will not be coming back to this location
