Lalil had a attitude and didn't listen to how I wanted my sub prepared. She gave me attitude. I'm the customer. I should be able to get less mustard if I don't want a lot.
The way we was approached entering they just stared at us they didnt welcome us, subs made sloppy and veggies wasnt fresh at all Call to notify the manager they was getting a rush they would call back in 1 or 2 hours Never had a bad experience with subway & not liked it but last night clydes subway wasnt the greatest!
The girl at the counter was amazing and very friendly
They have a habit of not paying attention to detail when preparing your order. Tonight I ordered the meatball and pepperoni sub with extra banana peppers and marina sauce. When I got it home, there were no banana peppers at all, and mustard and lettuce was added. This was all after I waited in line to pick it up and by then it was cold. So much for using the app. The last time I ordered online I watched them screw it up right in front of me. Keep your eyes on them the whole time they are preparing your order.
