They have a habit of not paying attention to detail when preparing your order. Tonight I ordered the meatball and pepperoni sub with extra banana peppers and marina sauce. When I got it home, there were no banana peppers at all, and mustard and lettuce was added. This was all after I waited in line to pick it up and by then it was cold. So much for using the app. The last time I ordered online I watched them screw it up right in front of me. Keep your eyes on them the whole time they are preparing your order.
Asked her question and she was very rude about it. specifically put more on our condiments and it was more bread than anything. terrible service
