Ordered online for takeout. Got home, got halfway through the sandwich, and found a thin grey hair in it. When I tried to call in and warn them about the hair, I could not get through. I tried 5 separate times within a few hours. It would ring, then ring differently, then make fax machine noises in my ear. I'm not mad, just severely disappointed.
Did not follow directions for online order
I get home from track practice and my mom asks if I want subway. We order from online, absolute worst experience ever. The girl in the ponytail was so mean, I came in and told her the issue. We only had 2 sandwiches instead of the 4 that we had ordered. She had such an attitude and I wait 30 minutes for my other 2 sandwiches since my mom said she accidentally made 2 different orders.
