Ordered online for takeout. Got home, got halfway through the sandwich, and found a thin grey hair in it. When I tried to call in and warn them about the hair, I could not get through. I tried 5 separate times within a few hours. It would ring, then ring differently, then make fax machine noises in my ear. I'm not mad, just severely disappointed.
Did not follow directions for online order
I get home from track practice and my mom asks if I want subway. We order from online, absolute worst experience ever. The girl in the ponytail was so mean, I came in and told her the issue. We only had 2 sandwiches instead of the 4 that we had ordered. She had such an attitude and I wait 30 minutes for my other 2 sandwiches since my mom said she accidentally made 2 different orders. I've ordered online a few times here. And have come in when the app says to come in and they haven't even started on my order yet. I've walked in to get my order and nobody will acknowledge I even walked in the door Cooperate needs to come and evaluate where the issues are and fix the problem. Not sure I will keep ordering here anymore
