Placed an online order. As soon as I opened the door when I reached the store I was instantly shouted at "We're all out of bread!" I said I placed an online order that said it was ready. ordered an online order for pick up. sandwich wasn’t toasted, wrapped sloppily so the contents of my sandwich fell out into the bag, the kid running the counter argued with me about missing items and what i ordered even after being shown the receipt. i’ve literally never ever had a problem with this location until now and im not impressed. i am a former subway assistant manager and i get things happen, but this was straight up ridiculous. i don’t like to argue with service staff because ive been there but this kid seriously ... read more
