The team went above and beyond to serve me and make my experience the best. the service was fast, Makayla and JeniCa were both very friendly, and the product quality exceeded expectations – I'll definitely be back!
I ordered subway online and it was supposed to be a footlong, white bread tuna with banana peppers and pickles and mayo and onions and I got this! Tomato and lettuce with tuna on Italian bread I think. I should be getting a refund or some kinda credit.
Best subway experience in a long time, Michaela was super helpful and I think the only person on staff at the time. Greeted me when I walked in the door and was attentive energetic, bubbly and sincere. Nice to see young people still working and learning how to work with others in customer service, the experience was efficient, courteous, fast and friendly.m and she took care to prepare a nice sandwhich while we visited.
