It should be no stars. They don't listen or pay attention to what your asking for. Then their fountain soda machine is flat!!! Then they tell you that it doesn't matter and try and charge you for a bottle soda after their fountain soda machine doesn't work. Then snap at the customer. I think this place should be shut down or they need new owners that care. I'm already in the hospital with my loved one. So I'm very offended by what happened to me. Customer service is very poor and unprofessional very rude customer service.. I so disappointed about customers service.. They are not responding and not listening, they are useless service providers. Even they don’t care about wrapping a sandwich. Specially that old guy his name is kaylen Burua something like that, so rude with my sister and with me .. my sister feels like Harassing from him .. he is so a variety of offensive behaviors that demean, we don’t want him there .. if we see him then we not going to come back..

I was the only person in line and it was 3 employees working. Nothing was being done until I walked up and was about to order. One guy walked off, the lady and the other guy just had a nice conversation about Nothing, all while telling me that I gotta wait 10min while they clean. Terrible business practice and we in a hospital where folks don't have time for the extra stress. SMH
The lady’s was the most rude person she did not know nothing about customer service !! When I say something she always say what ?? What is that someone teach her about good service and the date 2/21/24 around 6:10 pm
