I ordered pick up, on uber eats to save me some time, and asked them to melt my cheese slightly on my wrap. Pick it up, walked back to my truck only to realize the didn’t follow the instructions. There is a reason I asked for it to melted.
We asked an employee with an unhappy expression to make sandwiches according to her own taste. In response, we were told that she doesn’t eat Subway. Question to the managers: do you even care who you hire?
If you want quick service, this is not the place for you. Watched the employees in the back have a full on conversation, and still continue it after making eye contact with me. Took 10 minutes for someone to finally come out, and take my order. Will not be back. Be better Subway.
I had terrible experience today evening. There was 2 ladies in total. Trainee one at the front and i ordered. She put my sub in the oven and then put it on the counter and start taking other order. My sub was getting cold there and i had to reheat it. Plus it really waste my time. I came here on my break she made me wait for nothing. I was waiting because she was busy with other customer.
