6/7/25- neither of the ladies behind the counter seemed to be qualified to read the menu let alone make sandwiches. I told the first person twice that I wanted my sandwich like it was stated on the menu, and was still questioned about every step only to find out after meat and cheese were on the bread that they didn’t have the sauce that went on the sandwich. I went to this Subway around 8:45 PM. There were three customers ahead of me, so I used the restroom while I waited. When I came back around 8:50 PM, the employee — a skinny white guy — told me he couldn’t take my order because they were about to close. However, the posted hours on Google Maps clearly say the store closes at 11 PM, not 9 PM. I felt like I was being treated unfairly, and it raised serious concerns for me about discrimination.
