We just had the best experience at subway and parth was really good at customer service and made sure we had a great experience
Made to wait twice, once while she was serving another customer (fully understandable), then proceeded to make my food, wrap it up and make 3 other customers food while I was standing there waiting to pay. I asked if I could pay and leave, she barked at me that I has to wait because there were other people. After a little back and forth, I called her rude and asked to pay again. I’m not sure if the people who work at Subway in Englehart are just always late for work but today was the 3rd time I come at 8am when they are supposed to be open at 7am and they are not open!!! The franchise should do something about this problem!!!!
Very very rude employee. He doesn’t even know how to talk to a customer. And washroom was very dirty.
Poor Customer Service: “The Indian guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t greet or communicate properly and made the whole experience uncomfortable.”
