I ordered online as a guest and did not get an order confirmation. I was given a pick up time. The $ came out of my bank account. I went to get the sandwich and was told by the clerk,it wasn't showing there. I showed them my bank info where it came out. I was then told I could order again and pay, then try to get a refund. I told the clerk I would Not pay twice for one sandwich. I will make calls and go to my bank for a refund.

I showed the clerk where it came out of my account, and the clerk said I could order again then then go to my bank for a refund. I told them I wasn't going to pay twice for 1 sandwich. Never again Subway.
