Disappointing cheese steak. Young man did not want to warm up a cheese steak that came out cold to me.
Bread is very herd to chew into. Vegetable cart has visible ice in all the ," fresh" vegetable holders and all the vegetables are visibly frozen. So when they are unfrozen on your sandwich they will be soggy and wet. I explained this to server. Unconcerned. Stated manager knows of condition. Also just inspected, ( according to staff), 3 weeks ago and dept of agriculture said it ok to seve frozen vegetables on sandwiches that profess to be fresh and passed the inspection . I got the teriyaki chicken 6” sub with the chip and soda combo. It was very quick, the man taking my order was incredibly nice and then the lady who did the payment complimented my hat and was just incredibly sweet! I hope they both have an amazing Christmas! The food was excellent— one of the best subs I’ve had. Two of the sodas in the drink machine were out of order, but that was labeled and I still had options. Rude employees!! I wouldn’t waste my time here even if they gave me free food. Best to just go to another Subway.
Literally like pulling teeth to get extra anything from the old lady working so disgusted with arguing over extra toppings like she was eating it. I even said I don’t mind paying for it
