Worst manager I have ever had to deal with. Usually have issues with subs not being made correctly but we usually just deal with it and move on. This time they messed up toppings on one sub and cold chicken on another. Called to get them remade, I’ve worked customer service so I know stuff happens. Spoke to the manager who was nothing but rude even though I was kind and understanding. Was in the Oskaloosa Store around 1:15 on July 31st and was told I had to wait cause she had order for 5 subs she needs to knock out. I was the only one in line at the time. I understand that you get online orders but someone standing in front of you should come first.Lost my business
Absolutely terrible place. Improperly trained employees, toxic work environment. 10/10 don't recommend.
